Yeast respiration and fermentation

Two hundred millilitres of yeast suspension in a sealed vessel, stirred throughout. An oxygen probe and a carbon dioxide probe come down through the stopper, and a console records both channels against one clock. You inject the glucose yourself through the septum and read the slopes off the screen.
